At Art & Hobby, we want you to love your wearable art; if your fashion piece isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned piece, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
